- Access Payment Management
Log in to your Shopexng account and go to Account Settings. Under the “Payment Preferences” section, click on Manage Payment Methods. - Add a New Payment Method
- Click the Add Payment Method
- Choose the type of payment method: card, Paystack, or bank transfer.
- Enter the necessary details, such as your card number, expiration date, CVV, or bank account information.
- Complete any verification steps prompted to confirm the addition.
- Set a Default Payment Method
- After adding multiple methods, designate one as your default payment option for faster checkouts.
- This option will automatically appear during payment unless you choose otherwise.
- Edit Payment Information
- If you need to update an expired card or change account details, locate the payment method under Manage Payment Methods and click Edit.
- Delete Unused Payment Methods
- For security and convenience, remove outdated or unused payment methods by selecting the option to delete them.
- Integrate with Paystack
Paystack is a widely trusted digital payment platform in Nigeria. Shopexng integrates Paystack seamlessly for quick and secure transactions. Add and verify Paystack as a payment option in your account. - Save Payment Information for Future Use
- Enable the Save Payment Details option during checkout to make future purchases quicker.
- Shopexng ensures stored data is encrypted for your safety.
- Monitor Transactions
- Regularly review your payment history in the Order History
- This helps track payments and identify any discrepancies.
- Enable Payment Notifications
Activate notifications to receive real-time updates on successful payments, failed attempts, or refunds. - Contact Support for Assistance
