Making Payment During Checkout

1. Add Products to Your Cart
   Browse Shopexng, select your desired items, and click Add to Cart. Once ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
2. Review Your Order
   • Confirm the items in your cart, ensuring quantities and product selections are correct.
   • Review the total cost, including taxes and shipping fees.
3. Enter Shipping Information
   • Input or confirm your delivery address.
   • Choose your preferred shipping method from the available options.
4. Choose a Payment Method
   • Under the “Payment Options” section, select your desired payment method from your saved list or add a new one.
   • If you’ve set a default method, it will already be selected.
5. Apply Promo Codes or Discounts
   • If you have a promo code, enter it in the provided field and click Apply.
   • Ensure the discount is reflected in the order total before proceeding.
6. Complete the Payment
   • For card payments or Paystack, you’ll be redirected to a secure gateway.
   • Enter your card or bank details and confirm the payment. For Paystack, additional OTP verification may be required.
7. Verify Payment Success
   • Once payment is successful, a confirmation message will appear, and you’ll receive a receipt via email.
   • Your order status will update to Processing in the Order History
8. Track Your Order
   After completing payment, use the Order History or Track Order feature to monitor the status of your shipment.
9. Handle Payment Failures
   • If your payment fails, double-check your details and ensure sufficient funds are available.
   • Retry the transaction or switch to another payment method.
10. Request Assistance if Needed
    • Contact Shopexng customer support if persistent issues occur, such as payment delays or system errors.
